•Unless otherwise noted, it takes 2-3 weeks to complete an order, followed by 3-5 business days in the mail for mainland US delivery addresses.

• Expedited processing and shipping is available at an additional cost based on location. Please contact us for any rush order inquiries!

• Hawaii customers: Hawaii orders, after 2-3 week processing, will be mailed via USPS Standard post which can take up to 3 weeks in transit. We do offer express service to Hawaii for an additional fee for a shipping window of about 2-4 days.

• INTERNATIONAL customers: International orders vary, but after the usual 2=3 week processing window, it normally takes 7-14 days in transit.

Please note that due to the nature of our "made to order" products, and how quickly we begin working on each order we receive, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations past the 12-hour mark. Rush orders and fees are nonrefundable past the 1-hour mark. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us! So, please contact us with any order concerns and we'll do the best we can to help! ***Also, damages are rare, but are sometimes unavoidable due to postal service handling. In any event of a damaged order, please send us photos of the damage and the shipping box within 7 days of receipt. This is the only way we can make a claim with the postal provider and offer the best customer service possible! Thank you!

• Each item is made in USA by hand with love with great respect given to the character of each wooden piece. Please note that due to the natural state of the wood, slight markings and variations may show, which add to the authenticity of each piece!

• Color appearance on computer monitors may differ, so if you are unsure about a color, please send us a link or attachment referencing your color, or mail in a swatch for accuracy!

• Vintage, rustic, antique items (i.e. Bird Cages, Trunks, Wooden Boxes) have a weathered look by nature, so please expect that when you receive your product! Don't be alarmed, it was created that way :)

• Small details like the type of trim, exact type of flower, or jewel accents may change with availability

• Please use a microfiber cloth to remove any smudges, dust, etc. Use warm water for cleaning, and non-abrasive soap when needed.

• For any dessert stands, please don't place any edibles directly onto surface. We would suggest covering the surface with a cake board, parchment paper or doily. Please be careful not to cut directly onto wood as it will damage the wood.
